Our featured business is now:

F & T Fur Harvester's Trading Post.

I recently purchased some supplies from them and was amazed by the customer service, honesty, and professionalism.

We now have chickens and started having a raccoon problem. I called for advice, they told me what they recommend, I bought it, and the job got done. They shipped the stuff out the same day I ordered and, thanks to UPS shipping, it all showed up 2 days later.

A couple weeks later I decided to get some more stuff. Once again I called for advice, got the best, and I placed my order online. Unfortunately I forgot one item and ordered it later on that morning. The system of course charged me for shipping each time, but they noticed and refunded part of the shipping. It was sent along with my order that, once again, showed up in two days.

I do not know of any better company to do business with. I hope to be able to utilize their services and products for many years!
Thank you F&T!

If you are looking for trapping information in the state of Missouri, check out the Missouri Trappers Forum at
http://www.trapboard.com

There are a lot of good people there more than willing to share their knowledge.

Lol, thats a good question... We have been invaded here now also.  The fix is:
1) Find the fence lines or wood lines they are traveling. (they like to move close to stuff because they have bad eye sight).
2) Put a cage trap along the fence line in their path. (double ended works good but if you have coons also, then use one end open)
3) Check daily and dispose of the blasted things.

If you do this early in the year, you dont seem to have much of a problem keeping up with them.  You do not need bait.  In fact, bait does not work lol.  Just put the cages along buildings, fence lines, and wood lines.  The dumb critter will walk right in without knowing.  Let the grass grow up on the sides of the cage to make it blend in better if you want to.
Good luck!  No armadillos made it into our garden this year.

best to try and keep the traps in actual runs and if possible at hole sites that way when they go through the hole they are already in the trap
